The current Coronavirus situation has led to a lot of uncertainty around travel plans for this year and our priority is for the safety of our clients so we wanted to let you know that we are still here and open for business and are doing all we can to help our clients re arrange trips that have been affected.
If you have an existing booking with us we will be in contact with you personally in due course. If you decide not to/are unable to travel, we are suggesting you postpone your trip to later in 2020 or 2021 rather than cancel and indeed almost all our clients so far have opted to do this. In this way we will be able to use your deposit towards a new tour.
Please continue to look at our website and dream of better times – we will all need a holiday in the fresh air and glorious countryside after weeks of seclusion. If you would like us to prepare you an itinerary, do get in touch – we have amended our Terms and Conditions in this unique period so that when you book, your deposit is fully refundable if the government advice is that its not safe or possible to travel. We will take the balance payment just 30 days before your trip and again if government advice changes between then and the start of your trip, this will be refundable.
